Liquid salt brine can reduce the amount of salt needed by up to 70% on post treatment and up to 35% on pretreatment applications, resulting in major material savings.

Unlike granular materials that need to combine with snow and ice to create a brine on the surface, liquids go to work immediately upon application. Faster results mean achieving safer surfaces quickly.

Less material means fewer chlorides ending up in our bodies of water and drinking wells. In addition, liquids stay where they are applied, resulting in no bounce or scatter loss during application.

Liquids are up to 80% less corrosive and sustain the longevity of our municipal and private infrastructure. No leftover residue also means less tracking of product into buildings, saving on maintenance and janitorial costs.
- Labor Savings
Reduced application rates lead to labor savings by allowing you to cover more area over granular applications with salt trucks.
- Flexible Application Timing
You can treat 24 to 48 hours before an event, so apply when convenient for you. Contractors may prefer to apply overnight when lots are empty for better coverage while municipalities may prefer daytime application at non-overtime rates.
- Lowered Working Temperatures
The effective working temperatures of liquids can be lowered to -30 degrees Fahrenheit with quality additives (80/20 blend).
